Jesus Savior pilot me Over life's tempestuous sea;
Unknown waves before me roll, Hiding rock and treacherous shoal,

As a mother stills her child, Thou canst hush the ocean wild;
Boisterous waves obey thy will When thou sayest to them "be still!"
